opening page has all the posts, but only want the 'blog' tab to have this

Hi there

Take a look at my site http://www.walter-g.com.au.
When you open it up, it shows the page with all the posts. I actually want the blog tab to be the only page with post/blogging style. All the other tabs are just meant to be like a website – static pages.
I would like the site to open to the ‘home’ page, not the page with posts that it currently opens on.

Can anyone please help me???
