Opening hours don't match with local time

Good afternoon,
I have a problem with the popup of the opening hours.
– Local time: 18:28 in settings (UTC +1)
– UTC time: 17:28
– Opening hours in plugin: 18:00-24:00.But I still get the popup, that the shop is closed. How can I solve this?
