There are different alternatives:

– You can install the “Themify Popup” plugin, insert the form’s shortcode into the content of popup as usual (because they are posts), and then, use the URL to this popup as the lightbox URL.

– Second alternative, assuming your website has the URL: http://www.your-website.com and the form your want to display in the lightbox has the id: 123, you simply should enter as the lightbox URL the website’s URL with the following parameters:

http://www.your-website.com/?cff-form=123&cff-amp-redirected=1
