# OpenID Plugin Failed in Comments.php code

 * Hi, I have been trying all morning to install the OpenId Plugin offered at [http://singpolyma-tech.blogspot.com/2006/04/openid-for-wordpress.html](http://singpolyma-tech.blogspot.com/2006/04/openid-for-wordpress.html)
 * However, when I attempt to replace the Comment Form code in my theme’s comments.
   php I always get an error roughly:
 * “Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ELSE in”
 * Sometimes its and unexpected $ depending on if I try to fix the code or not.
 * Can anyone please clarify what is the exact string I need to enter and where 
   exactly do I need to enter it and what exactly do I need to delete. Sorry, but
   I am evidently php – deficient.
