open_basedir restriction in effect.

    Can anybody hlep me with this error.
    I have just installed WordPress (first time) and then a theme.

    When I view the “Appearance” tab as an admin, this error appears

    Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:\Inetpub\vhosts\motionpanda.com\httpdocs\wordpress/wp-admin/C:/Inetpub/vhosts/motionpanda.com/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/themes/photorific/includes/sidebar-generator.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/Inetpub/vhosts/motionpanda.com\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\motionpanda.com\httpdocs\wordpress\wp-admin\themes.php on line 178
