Open_basedir Error

    I am getting this error which I suspect is not actually due to this particular plugin but a wider issue but it does appear most often for FormMaker.
    file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:\Inetpub\vhosts\xxxx\httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/form-maker/#new-post) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/Inetpub/vhosts/xxxx\;C:\Windows\Temp\;"C:\Inetpub\vhosts\xxxx\httpdocs") in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\xxxx\httpdocs\wp-admin\menu-header.php on line 256

    Can you provide any clue as to what in the plugin is making a call to menu-header line 256 so I might see what is causing it?
