    Hello,

I am testing PeachPay to see if I can use it on my website, and I really like it but I have an issue.

For one of my WooCommerce product, I need to use open pricing plugin, but when I click on “express checkout” the price displayed is 0. It seems PeachPay only looks at the value of the regular price of the product. I tried 3 differents open pricing plugins, all with the same result.

Is there any way to fix it?

    Hi there,

We have compatibility with open pricing plugins planned, specifically this one: https://woocommerce.com/products/name-your-price/

Is there a particular one that you would like to use? Let us know, and we can make PeachPay compatible with it.

@juju81 We’ve made some updates to PeachPay to make it work with these types of plugins.

I tried out this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-open-pricing-name-your-price-for-woocommerce

I enabled open pricing on a product, and I tried several scenarios with a default price, a minimum price, and a maximum price, and it seems to work well.

There is one catch on the product page, which is that after an item is added to the cart under a particular price (the item is added when you click the PeachPay button on the product page), it remains in the cart. Changing the price on the product page will not update the price in PeachPay because the item with the previous price has already been added. What you can do in this situation is remove the item from the cart within PeachPay, then choose a new price and open PeachPay again.

If you think something about this could be better from the shopper’s perspective, let us know!

Could you try the plugin(s) again and let us know if it works?

@juju81 I’m marking this as resolved, but please let us know if you need further help!
