# Open Popup via JavaScript or html

 * I have a Popup, created via a WordPress template, that I’d like to trigger to
   open using a button embedded on a podcast player called fusebox.fm. Their player
   lets you specify a bit of html or JavaScript to trigger the popup. Could anyone
   advise on the right bit of html or JavaScript code to trigger the popup using
   the popup trigger url?

 * You could try adding `<a href="...TRIGGER_URL...">Your link text</a>` into your
   embedded media.
 * But there’s a chance that the link might not work because it’s inside the embedded
   iframe and Elementor might not detect the link.
