 * how can I tell my blog that when you open a page you must experience the lower
part of the blog that refers to that page and not stay positioned in the wing
   of my blog?

 * Can you explain a bit more about what you want? Feel free to use your native
language, because I think something got lost in translation. (your question doesn’t
   make any sense)

 * Ever look at a newspaper? It’s folded in half and often folded again but that
top half is valuable real estate. It is emblazoned with the publications name
and then a headline with a photo to get your attention and a ‘blurb’ to get you
   to reading.
 * Then a line that says read the rest of this story on page A6…
 * On a webpage, you’ll have that first screen. That’s the space you have to get
the visitor’s attention and show them something to pique their interest then
get them to move on to your page ‘A6’ to read more.
 * Sure there’s a scrollbar to hint at more content further down but nothing to
cause them to believe there’s anything further down worth looking at until you
tell them so. That’s why scrolling ‘marques’ across the top of the page, menus,
and search boxes are placed there.
 * That ‘above the fold’ space is valuable real estate. Don’t waste it with huge
logos, meaningless big images, and words that don’t move the user to visit another
   part of your site.

 * “Anchor Links” are probably your friend. Google “links anchors WordPress” and
you’ll find a ton of blog posts and videos going deeper into the Anchor concept.
