open image link on popup

Hi,
I need to put an image after text on every possible answer. And I want to open an html link on a popup window.
Since now, I used this code :

Answer<img class=”top” alt=”” src=”http://link to jpg file” />
Not work… link transcribed to link’)

I think its a simple and double quotes problem.
If its necessary I will upgrade to the pro version.
