 * Hi there,
 * Have had some issues posting to Facebook – want to share a URL, but Facebook
   is not loading the website image (og:image) – which is set and the right dimensions.
 * When I do the test on the [Facebook Developer Sharing Debugger](https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing),
   it gives me data on our old website, so the og:image here is from that website
   and does not exist anymore.
 * Can I manually edit this information in the cPanel File Manager? If so, how?
 * The debugger also gives these three issues:
 * 1. Inferred Property – The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided,
   even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
    2. Missing Properties – The
   following required properties are missing: og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image,
   og:description, fb:app_id 3. Curl Error – Curl error: 28 (OPERATION_TIMEOUTED)
 * Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fopen-graph-issues%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hey
 * Maybe the image size/resolution can be the issue.
 * The image you have used is of 1300X822, but I think that is not a recommended
   size.
 * You can refer [https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/best-practices/](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/best-practices/)
 * Thanks,
    Kartik

 * I have updated the image size and it is still not working.
 * According to this – [https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.exceptionalkangarooisland.com%2F](https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.exceptionalkangarooisland.com%2F)–
   the og:image is ‘[https://www.exceptionalkangarooisland.com/design2012/graphics/header/home/kangaroo-closeup.jpg&#8217](https://www.exceptionalkangarooisland.com/design2012/graphics/header/home/kangaroo-closeup.jpg&#8217);
   which is from the old website and doesn’t exist on the new website.
 * Thanks
