Open Graph Image not working with Facebook

I’ve set up the Facebook App; it’s live. I’ve validated that it is recognized with this command https://graph.facebook.com/992669167792218. When I use the recommended Facebook Developer debug command, it says Facebook App ID is zero.

I’ve set up an image per the specs. it’s 600×315 and under 2mb.

I’m using the theme: Allegiant Pro (CPO Theme)

I’ve gone round and round with this and cannot get the default image to work – which makes our facebook entries look awful. It works with individual pages (where I’ve defined the default image for each page), but will not work for the main domain name.
