Open gallery links in new tab

    Is there a way to force the “link” button (next to the “zoom in” button) to open the link in a new tab?

    This would be very useful because once you’ve navigated away from the gallery page, hitting “back” doesn’t return you to the spot you left off on—it brings you to the top of the gallery. Since I make heavy use of the “lazy load” feature this makes navigation more tedious.

    When you open gallery settings / images manager. When you click on some of the gallery image in images manager on right side you’ll see additional parameters panel where you can turn on blank link option. When you ON blank option then gallery gonna work the way you need.

    That worked, thanks! On another note: is there a way to change the default setting to “on” instead of “off”?

    We have plans to create such default settings profiles in future gallery releases.
    For now you can use clone gallery function to use settings from some default gallery to the rest of the galleries which you create in the list.
