Open gallery from group gallery in new page

    Hello,

    I would like to create an overview page of multiple gallery groups sorted by category.
    In my WordPress page I have created a few Photo Gallery blocks. Each block is another gallery group for a specific category. The gallery group is showing the title of the category.

    The thing is, in my page the galleries of the groups are opening in the same page. Is is possible to open the gallery self in a new/blank page for more overview?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Would you please specify if you are using a gallery group structure or add each gallery via a single short code?

    Can we have the gallery link you are referring to?

    Thanks for your quick reply.
    I am using the gallery group structure because I have multiple galleries within a group.

    I want to use multiple group structures in one post. The gallery of a group structure should be openened in a blank page, so all group structure overviews wil disappear when I open a gallery. Currently only the parent group structure disappear not the other ones.

    It is a unfortunately a private site, providing a link is not possible. I can give more details or images by email if that’s clearer for you.

    Dear @nickvb,

    Sorry for the belated response.

    Please enable dynamic URLs for galleries and gallery groups option from the settings. It will help to have a separate link for each gallery/gallery group. Then you should add js code to add target=”_blank”_ attribute to “_a” tags.
