Open Chatbot Full screen on smartphone

    Hi.

    First the plugin is very good, congratulations!

    I added a one-page link to my APP (Android) it opens like this: Imagem 01

    However, how do I show up in full page by default? Imagem 02

    Hi,
    Thank you for your kind words. To show the chat box in full screen by default, go to the Chat Box tab under Customize Plugin settings, and set Chat Box Minimized by Default to No. Let me know if you experience any further issues.

    Hi. It’s already configured Customize Plugin settings, and set Chat Box Minimized by Default to No

    Even accessing the address in smatphone browser (Google Chrome) appears minimized. TEST HERE

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will add a setting to show the chat box in full screen by default in our next update.

    OK. I thank you for your attention. I’m waiting for the next update.

    Note:
    – In the Chrome browser of the PC / Notebook appears in full screen, configured Customize Plugin settings, and set Chat Box Minimized by Default to No;
    – No smartphone does not appear in full screen (iPhone browser I do not know, as I do not have smartphone with iOS)
