# Open automatically a ticket

 * Hi!
    On my site I have to create a questionnaire for non-subscribed users. This
   questionnaire serves to relate the user and an operator “x” of the site. When
   the user clicks on “send the questionnaire”, I would like a ticket to open automatically.
   This ticket must be visible to the user who answered the questionnaire and to
   the operator “x” who has to answer this user. Is that possible? Thanks! (excuse
   my English – I hope I have explained it well)
