Open AI is showing error

I am using Open ai and added api key from generaed by open ai.

but its giving error like ‘You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors.’

one more api key i am adding generated from open ai admin users , but its giving error like ‘You have insufficient permissions for this operation. Missing scopes: api.responses.read, api.responses.write. Check that you have the correct role in your organization (Reader, Writer, Owner) and project (Member, Owner), and if you’re using a restricted API key, that it has the necessary scopes.’

1. You need to pre-purchase credit to use the OpenAI API. Please Add a Credit card to billing on your OpenAI API account: https://platform.openai.com/account/billing/payment-methods and purchase Credits. Then increase the Usage limit: https://platform.openai.com/account/limits
2. Go to https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys . Click the little Edit button for the API key and choose All for Permissions.

I have one more doubt that I want AI generated answers of user’s questions, with multiple questions,

where I want to show my courses list among all questions.

Hi,

I am not sure I fully understand your requirement. You can add instructions in the Prompt to include links to your courses with the AI responses. Then OpenAI will add those links with their responses.

I just want that user input questions then answer will show automatic, also some courses of my website will show in chat box automatic in each user inputs

On our ChatBot OpenAI Settings page you will find an option: System Command (Use it to Instruct ChatGPT how to behave)

You can write your instructions there. You can write something like:
Add links to my courses with each of your response. Here are the Links to my courses: https://mysite.com/course-1/ , https://mysite.com/course-2/ etc.
