Hi there

Thank you for the great plugin. We have followed the documentation and tried various settings, but when trying to sign up, the form shows every single time: Oops.. Unexpected error occurred.

What additional things could we try to fix this?

Hi,

Which version of Email Subscribers are you using?

If you are not using latest version, request you to upgrade to the latest version and check once again.

Also purge all cache if you are using any caching plugin.

We are using version 4.3.5.1 and no caching plugins.

Hi,

It seems the page is coming from cache (may be server cache). Because, as I am seeing it, it’s not reflected changes which we have done in latest version of Email Subscribers.
