@starboy12 Please do not post large code or responses like that here, it doesn’t work after ~10 lines or so.

If you need share that data please use https://pastebin.com/ instead and post the link to that paste.

I have got the same issue with my website too, my form too started to show the same error message.

    Please see https://kb.mc4wp.com/fix-the-oops-something-went-wrong-error/

If you need more help after reading that KB article please let me know the underlying error in the log under MailChimp for Wp > Other. No need to paste the complete error log, just the 1 error regarding your own test submission of the form is enough.

@mukarram I recommend creating your own thread on this forum to get the best response.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    I have tried everything
Here’s the log of my submission

    Hi,

Please go to MailChimp for WP > MailChimp and click the “Renew MailChimp Lists” button.
Then go to MailChimp for WP > Form > Settings and make sure a list is selected for the form (and that that list (audience) still exists in your MailChimp account).

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

@lapzor thank you for replying, tried your method but it still didn’t work,

Mailchimp for WP and Mailchimp were my two best supports now I really feel sad, I don’t know what’s gone wrong 🙁

    @lapzor i tried and it didn’t work
    This is really not good😣

@lapzor is it possible that some of the plugins that I have installed on my website are creating this issue like word fence?

here is my error log https://pastebin.com/k5phUZhk
thanks in advance for the support

Thanks for the error log. I notice you now get error 503.

It seems your hosting server IP is blocked by the MailChimp firewall. This is not something we can control, it’s not our firewall or plugin doing this, it’s the Akamai firewall.

Akamai is the firewall MailChimp and many other major websites use to protect their servers, which is why this is somewhat harder to fix.

If you are on shared hosting your server IP is shared with a number of clients, it’s possible that one of the other clients did something to get the IP blacklisted by the Akamai firewall.

When this happens, we recommend you to change your IP address because having a bad reputation at Akamai does not just affect the MailChimp API.

There are various ways to go about this.
Ask your webhost for a new IP address.
Migrate to a new webhost if your hosting company is unwilling to fulfill your request.
Configure your server to connect to the MailChimp API server using a proxy.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!

@lapzor Mine is Error 404, please what can be the reason for that?
