    Hi guys,

    Has anyone come across this issue. The ticketing plugin works but after a day, when you click on submit ticket page, it displays “Oops! That page can’t be found”

    After you log into WordPress again and refresh the plugin and save, it works then stops again…

    Any idea what could be causing this?

    Hi,

    Please check the default page.
    Admin > Help Desk > Configurations > General > Default page (this page must have any JS Help Desk shortcode).

    Hi there,

    Thank you kindly for your response and I decided to provide feedback after trying the above.

    We did assign the default page as “Contact Us” page and also copied the JS Helpdesk short code to the page but today the page on all “submit ticket” pages say Opps not found…not sure what else to check in this regard.
