# Oops. Something went wrong.

 * I keep getting this message when I use the widget. I only have the email address
   as a requirement in the form, nothing else, no other fields. I have selected 
   the correct list for names to be entered into. Not sure what the problem is. 
   Thanks for your help.

 * Did you check the [FAQ](https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/faq/) 
   about this issue (4th answer of above)? It might be that you have a field required
   within Mailchimp. Can you check that this is not the case?
