# Oops! Something went wrong….

 * Hi – Just installed this plugin (Checkout Address Autocomplete) and got my API.
   I tried testing it with IE, Firefox and Chrome.
 * In Chrome & IE, I just get the “Oops! Something went wrong” in the address field,
   and in Firefox it will fill in the address but it is grayed out and my cart interprets
   that as a missing street address. I also cannot edit it.
 * How can I fix this?

 * If you look in the browser console (F12) when you are on the checkout page, you
   will see this error message from Google…
 * Google Maps API error: ApiNotActivatedMapError [https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-not-activated-map-error](https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-not-activated-map-error)
 * You will need to complete the process to activate your Google Maps API.
