 * Hey guys. Just had a problem logging into my site with the plugin. I attempted
   the normal process of holding up my phone to authenticate but on my phone, when
   the barcodes line up, I just get an “Oops” message on my phone with the option
   to hit OK. After I hit OK I get no more wavy barcode on the phone until I reload
   the app. Then I just get the same results.
 * Any ideas? I’m using an iPhone 5s if that helps.
 * I’m sad about this because I was actually at a WP meetup trying to demo to all
   attendees how cool Clef is and….it didn’t work out. Sad day.

 * Really sorry about this problem!
 * Can you check that you are connected to the internet (your WiFi is working and/
   or your cellular data is not disabled)?
 * Really sorry!

 * Got home where my phone was connected to wifi and it worked like a champ.
 * Is this really the intended behavior or did I possibly do something wrong?

 * Clef definitely requires a network connection to work, but it shouldn’t require
   WiFi (i.e. cellular data should work perfectly).

 * Is there any more information I can give you that would help? I mostly just want
   to help you guys out so the next fellow who goes to show off the awesomeness
   of Clef to their friends doesn’t end up underwhelming them like I did.

 * I don’t think so — it’s a known issue that’s affected a few users. We’re working
   on fix and adding better messaging for when it does fail.
 * Thanks for the report, really appreciate it!
