• Hello,
The background is as follows. I got my website created by a programmer. I had given my godaddy website and hosting account credentials to set it up for me. Following which once the website was created I got the login and password. I was able to access it then. I had been to the settings and made a small change in the website name that is added a letter ‘s’ at the end by mistake and saved it.

After loggin out and loggin in @ http://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/wp-admin I realised I had added an ‘s’ and found that I am not able to login now. What comes up is ‘Oops! Google Chrome could not find .xxxxxx.com’ (I am also not able to recover my password as the same message pops up). I just know my Godaddy account and not really familiar with WordPress as I haven’t installed any tools for this so far.

I am not a techy user and frankly not familiar with the terminologies and tools used . Also the programmer is not any more available. If someone who can support on how I could recover this preferably step by step this would be of great help.

    Thanks !
    Warm Regards
    Vishal
