    Hi, I’m getting an error “oops something went wrong.” I’m getting an intro email, though. But the subscriber doesn’t show up in the list.

    Error log says: Form 287 > MailChimp API error: 404 Not Found. Resource Not Found. The requested resource could not be found.
    Request: PUT https://us16.api.mailchimp.com/3.0/lists/9a700276cd/members/fd7356ec49f549c3915bb698c0e9ee7d – {“email_address”:”jacobmatthewjordan+4@gm***.com”,”interests”:{},”merge_fields”:{},”status”:”pending”,”email_type”:”html”,”ip_signup”:”98.114.66.216″}

    I apologize for the delay in getting back. Can you please go to the “MailChimp for WP > Forms” menu in your WordPress admin and share a screenshot of that page?

    Hi Yacob,

    Please go to MailChimp for WP > Mailchimp page and click “renew lists” to pull the latest data from MailChimp to our plugin.

    Then go to your form and click settings and make sure the right list is selected.

    If that doesn’t do it, test with another email address that you did not use before for MailChimp, it might be your email is blocked for signing up too many times.
