We have installed CleanTalk on our site which uses opt-in forms from Ontraport. Testing with the example email address the form still submits to Ontraport and is not blocked. The example email does work on comments and other forms. How do we get CleanTalk to block entries on the Ontraport forms?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, @sawyerjw.

I’ve tested your signup forms at the beginning of your homepage and at the botton.
Both test went successfully, I was blocked.

The CleanTalk plugin ignores admin actions by default.
Did you do your tests as a guest?

    Hi, Serge,

That was probably the problem. I must have been logged in when I tested the Ontraport form. I was not logged in when I tested the comment form since it’s not possible to test it while logged in.

I did just test the Ontraport form while not logged in and it worked correctly.

    Thanks,

    John
