Only works with Custom Threshold

    Im wanting to know what the reason is for it only working on custom threshold. I have deactivated all plugins and tried different themes. I want it to be able to read the shipping methods and “minimum order amount” to get free shipping, without having the custom threshold because there are two user roles with different free shipping thresholds.

    Which theme do you use? And how you have set up your shipping options in WooCommerce?
