Only works on first page load

    So I’m running xcache 3.2 and php 5.6.3.

    When I load my WP dashboard, my first page loads. I can even cat the nmap file that it writes to. But subsequent pages simply time out and I don’t see any errors in the php or apache log.

    Any idea what could be happening here?

    Oh and I am simply unable to see Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> Drop-ins. I don’t even see Drop-Ins.

    I have a multisite installation and my guess is that object-cache.php does not work as a drop in with multisite wordpress installs. Can anyone confirm that?

    OK, I’ve now got it to work, but with the plugin things are even slower without. I have pages like my article listing taking up to 4 minutes to load.

    I’ve got about 15,000 posts. Each post has about 40 post meta fields, many of them driven via taxonomy. Some of these taxonomies have up to 60,000 records.

    Any suggestions?
