Only WooCommerce E-mails Sending

    Hi MailPoet Team,

    I’ve installed the plugin with the DKIM and TXT tags in my sending domain DNS. Everything works except for my own custom e-mails. WooCommerce e-mails such as the new order notice are sent and received. Contact form submissions are received. However, a first order e-mail with a coupon offer for the customer’s next order is not working. It seems like these e-mails are scheduled but never sent. I checked the system status and everything seems OK. Task Scheduler goes ping and pong.

    Hi @greekgum,

    I’ve contacted you via email, and we figured it out.

    Please note that emails from the MailPoet plugin will be sent only to subscribers listed as “Subscribed”. If they remain listed as “Unconfirmed” in the MailPoet > Subscribers page, the emails will be scheduled but sent only when they confirm their subscription via email.
