Ok i have been meaning to post here for a while now, because whatever happened and whatever you changed after this version does not work correctly when using buddypress, i update and test every single version since 1.3.0.1 but with no luck, lazy load does work with a few other versions after 1.3.0.1 but not correctly, what happens on the versions that do work is a sort of glitch effect, meaning that the play button on each image gets redrawn over and over and over and over again until you end up with hundreds of play buttons on each image until a page refresh, now i aint no noob to wordpress and have tested this over and over again on all different installs with no other plugins running but buddypress and on fresh databases and installs and on 3 different server configurations as well as home development testing, also your plugin will not work on custom post types created by other plugins, Now please dont get me wrong i aint complaining , im just giving you an heads up about this problem and i would be even willing to upgrade if your plugin worked with buddypress, i think the problem with the play button being redrawn over and over again is to do with the way buddypress js checks for updated items in the stream, but i must point out that it does not happen and works 100 percent fine in version 1.3.0.1, please go check this out for yourself as users of buddypress really could do with your plugin working like version 1.3.0.1 again because of the amount of videos that can be added by users to an activity stream.

The reason i decided to post this to you is because this issue does not look like it will ever be fixed otherwise due to the fact that version 1.3.0.1 is so damn old now, not one of the updates since by chance happens to work like this version so is continuously overlooked and i suspect will continue to be overlooked unless i bring this to light.

    Hi,

great thanks for your efforts and the detailed request!
I note your BuddyPress and custom post type issues with high priority and will try to solve them as soon as I’ve finished writing my current paper. (At least five more weeks.)

Can you send me an email so that I can send you the new version before I publish it?

    Best regards,
    Kevin

Yes no problem kevin and thx for your rapid response, your plugin is a godsend for social networking capabilities that lets users post videos to the activity streams, as you can imagine in a scenario like this if a few thousand people was to post videos in the stream on a regular basis just how hard the server would get hammered even though they are being served externally the strain caused could be immense and the website would crawl to a halt eventually, without your plugin video embedding posting like this would not really be an option unless you was insane enough to let it and kill all hopes of scalability on buddypress (its a case of just because you can let users post youtube embeds, is it worth the performance hit! sort of thing), i emailed you not long back so you should have my email, dont worry there is no rush on my end but when you can get a version to me i will test it thoroughly for you.
