Support » Plugin: Nimble Page Builder » Only Two Portions of Website Show Up on Mobile

  • Resolved ARC Bionic

I created my website using the Customizr Theme, Nimble Builder, and Contact 7 Forms. All plugins and themes are up to date.

The website looks great on desktop and using Developer Tools in Google Chrome and Firefox, even when I change the view to iPhone X and other mobile devices.

But when I pull up the website on my iPhone X on DuckDuckGo or Chrome, all it shows is
    – Homepage: header + footer only
    – Our Team: header + footer + one person’s bio (used “About Us” section from the Content Picker and tried duplicating the person who shows up, but it still only shows the one person)
    – Contact Us: header + footer only

Actions I’ve taken to try and fix it:
    – Tested the problem on a friend’s iPhone. Their phone also had the problem.
    – My phone is using the latest iOS update and both DuckDuckGo and Chrome are up to date
    – Combed through every option.
    – For every single section, “Device visibility settings for the section” has every option turned on – “Visibility on desktop devices, tablet devices, and mobile devices” are all turned on and blue.
    – Turned off all plugins except for Nimble Builder.
    – Purged the caches of phone and desktop browsers.

How do I get all of my site’s content to show up on mobile?

    Hi there,
I visited your site from two different devices (android and and iphone7+) and the home page looks fine.

    While other pages do not.

Could you please follow the troubleshooting steps defined here:

    Best regards

This site had originally been created using another builder by another developer. I was brought in to revamp the site.

When I had installed the Customizr Theme and Nimble Builder plugin, I had modified the original pages instead of creating new ones.

Yesterday, I created a new Home page just to see what happened, and it showed up perfectly. The lesson I learned was build things from scratch. Don’t try to just delete someone’s old work and start new. I created all new pages and the site works fine on mobile.

Certain things look ugly as hell on mobile cause of padding (such as the columns in the Services section), so I’ll probably be changing to something else. But I’m glad that it’s up and running on mobile now.

    I’m glad you solved!
