Only translating some content

Since moving my site http://ipadinsight.com to a new theme (a modified Twentyfourteen) Transposh will not translate the main content area of posts or pages. It does, however, translate other items such as the sidebar, some page/post titles, the comments area and the footer.

I’m not sure what could be causing this, maybe something to do with <div class=”entry-content”>, the functions.php file, or a script conflict? I’ve tried disabling all other plugins and it is not a plugin conflict.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’d hate to have to use a different plugin because Transposh has been great up till now.
