Support » Fixing WordPress » Only the current day’s posts to show on main page

  • What code do I use to show only the current day’s posts on the main page, and to have links below the last post on the page to link to the previous day’s posts, the main page and the next day’s posts (for an older day’s posts)?
    And where do I put the code?
    Thanks.

  • Hey, thanks. I’ve figured it out. All I need to do is go to the Options section in my WP login page, go to the Reading sub-section and change the “Show the most recentâ€? option in the Front Page section to 1 day.
    Now I need to figure out how to put in Previous | Main | Next links at the bottom of each page.
    Thanks again.

    <?php posts_nav_link() ?>
    this tag gives you the navigational links but requires you to be in post paged mode.

    Thanks for the quick reply!
    Where do I put the tag? In the wp-layout.css or index.php file? And where exactly in the file?
    Do I need to create a footer division in the layout file?
    Sorry, but I’m really new to this.
