Support » Networking WordPress » ONLY super admin of multisite gets 504 gateway timeout

I’m the super admin of a WordPress multisite network of about 100 sites. When I try to access the primary domain (greatlakescru.com) or another other site within our network using */wp-admin, I nearly always wait over a minute then get a 504 Gateway Timeout error and can’t access anything. If by some chance I do get to the dashboard and click on something, it’ll take at least a minute and more often than not, I get another 504.

When I use another user’s admin creds to login (using /wp-admin) to the dashboard of their site, I get no errors whatsoever, the dashboard pops open and navigating around is fast.

I even tried using my login on different browers and different computers with no success. I’ve ran WP_ALLOW_REPAIR, even repaired individual tables using pgAdmin 4 with no success.

We are running our own containerized servers on AWS and all of our monitoring shows no signs of bogging down and no errors.

This problem is totally isolated to my (the super admin’s) login.

    Please help!
