Currently have the maintenance page active. The rates are only showing special delivery rates for UK and Europe. This is not a plugin conflict as I have deactivated all plugins and have the same issue. Is there a fix for this? Is it just a setting that I’m missing somewhere?

You can see from the cart that there are only 3 options which are the guaranteed at a specific time. I need all the options showing on the first screenshot. 1st class, 2nd class etc. Most people will not want to pay those high prices for shipping.
I’ve put in my own UK address and it doesn’t give all the options. Besides, this needs to be correct at the cart stage, not at the checkout stage only.
One last thing to verify, which seems to be the one that affects the availability of rates in your store. Can you check the dimensions of the default package in the Royal Mail Live Rates method settings?
Royal Mail imposes size limits on parcels for some services, this can affect their availability. Please change the dimensions of the default parcel according to the guidelines: https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/89 and all services should be available.
