Only the shortcode appears only in the cases when the plugin is deactivated, can you please enter wp plugins section and make sure that the plugin is active?

Could you please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note, that the feeds you have created will be removed.
Go to Facebook Feed WD > Options page and press Uninstall.
Uninstall the plugin by following the steps in this video.
Navigate to the Plugins page and delete Facebook Feed WD.
Reinstall and activate it.
Afterward, please authenticate your account and recreate your feeds.
Let us know if the problem persists.

Hi kimabaghdasaryan, I unistall and delete the plugin, and reinstall, but now I can get de token, Facebook say its ok but in wordpress its not detected.
I try it again (uninstall) and re-install and the same problem, the conection its ok in facebook but can’t create the conection in wordpress.

I think the problem can be cause for this options:
1. We have two pages in Facebook, maybe we may delete this old page: https://www.facebook.com/Asociacion-Espa%C3%B1ola-de-Patchwork-330793400381500/
2. We have the two factors autentication in Facebook, maybe we must deactivate it?

If you are unable to get the token then the issue can be connected with 2-factor authentication, please disable it and try again.
We have disabled authentication in two steps and it remains the same, it tells us that it has permissions but instead of returning to wordpress it stays on a facebook page.
@kimabaghdasaryan I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site via Teamviewer. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums or access to their site.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

Please enter your facebook page > settings > business inetgrations > select 10web and press remove.
After this please try to authenticate again.
After authenticating please try to create and publish the feed again, if you’ll still see the screenshot instead of the feed, then please try to deactivate your plugins one by one to see whether that is caused by a conflict with other plugins you use. Also please try to switch to another theme and check again.

I deactivate all the plugins, delete 10web in business integrations, and try it again, but always return to the page: https://www.facebook.com/browse/admined_pages/?id=100005899142796 and when return to the wp admin panel there is nothing vinculated.
2 weeks ago all work very fine, maybe some wordpress update?
