only show portfolio-posts(items)from one "gallery"

Hi
Im new at this, so bare with me!
I would like to only show portfolio-posts(items)from one “gallery” in the widget how is this done?
I dont seem to be able to get the different options under “Select categories:” it only displays the option “uncatagoriced”, even thouhg i have choosen “portfolio” under the “Select categories:”
