I am using your plugin to integrate comments on my youtube posts on my wordpress site (rather than managing two separate comment streams). However, I have noticed the following:
1. If I post a video from another channel, say to discuss a product or someone else's video, then the comments from the video are posted in my page. That's expected behavior, since that's what the plugin is designed to do. However, I don't really want someone else's comment stream on my website, and would prefer to use the local comments for that post.
Is it possible to only display comments for my videos (besides going into each one and adding shortcode via the manual option)? I was thinking of maybe only showing comments for defined channels or something, and ignoring comments from others.
2. Additionally, I have found that if I just hyperlink to another video, rather than having it embedded, I get the comments for it even when it really isn't the topic of the post. Any way to NOT display comments on certain posts.
I realize your shortcode option is a solution, but 99% of my content is of my own youtube videos, so the automated "do it for everything" is nice. What is the possibility of a shortcode that says DONT DISPLY COMMENTS? I could just put that shortcode in for the random videos that I don't want YouTube comments to appear. This would actually fix #1 and #2 for me.
Not sure if its feasible or not.
