# Only Shortcode showing

 * This is now the third contact form plug-in I have tried with Asteria Lite. Asteria
   Lite website says Contact 7 works with it. But only the shortcode is showing.
   The plug-in is the latest version. What else can I do?

 * Thanks – but the documentation simply doesn’t address my issue. I did everything–
   the plugin, like others, seems very simple, but instead of getting the form on
   my page, I just get the shortcode – even when I disable every other plugin.

 * Then try switching theme to the default one (twentyfifteen).
