Only sending TO verified emails

    I’m getting strange behavior where the plugin is only sending emails TO verified emails in SES. My account is out of the sandbox and well below sending limits. I tried this by using the plugin’s test function and through wp_mail as well. I’m also not getting an error in the debug log. Any email that is verified on SES seems to receive emails fine.
