Only see the loading gif, no images shown

It looks like the issue is that there’s a JavaScript error on your site that’s preventing any other JavaScript from running on the page which means that our plugin isn’t able to load the photos successfully (screenshot). It looks like it’s being caused by the “PrettyPhoto” script that’s being used either by your theme or another plugin. See #4 in this FAQ and let me know whether it helps you to resolve the issue.

It depends on the source of the error. In this case I’m not entirely sure if it’s coming from your theme, another plugin, or some custom code you have on your site, but here’s a screenshot of where the error is originating from. I’d guess that it’s maybe part of your theme, but an easy way to narrow down the root of the issue is to first try switching to a default WordPress theme (such as TwentySixteen) and if the error goes away then you know it’s part of your theme and it would be best to contact the theme developer. If switching the theme doesn’t fix the issue then try deactivating your plugins one by one until the error goes away.

Hopefully that helps. If the error was being caused by our plugin then it would be much easier for me to help resolve the problem but as the issue is coming from somewhere else then it’s difficult for me to troubleshoot as I’m not familiar with your theme or other plugins.
