Only required data submitted to the google sheet

Hello,
We are facing the issue with the plugin on our website, it submits only the required fields data in google sheet, when we mark the input field as non-required it not saving the same in the google sheet. Below attaching the debug log for the reference if it helps – Score CET and Scrore JEE fields not submitting the data –
