  • My si-contact-form is in a widget in the right column on 6 webpages. I am only receiving some of the emails from the form. As far as I can see everything is set up properly as per the tutorial and I’ve checked the faqs.

    The form obviously works but for some reason not all the time. I filled in details on each of my 6 pages but only got an email from 3.

    What could be causing the form to only work sometimes?

  • Try this: the mail server might be tripping
    spam because of the sender info
    try turning off this setting on the advanced settings tab,
    “Enable sender information in email footer.”

    Test your form’s mail delivery by sending a message from the form on
    your page. When testing your form on your page, do not fill out the
    email field with the same email address as the “Email To” or
    “Return-path address”. Use a different email address because some
    server’s security settings do not allow email to send from/to the same
    address.

    I’m having the same issue except it seems to be a specific form. I have several forms on my site and they all submit to the same gmail address. When users submit this particular form they are getting a confirmation message and email…but I am not receiving the info that they submitted on the form. Their information is not being redirected to a spam folder either. It just never shows up. When I test the form it goes through immediately and I receive the email.
