 * Hi all,
 * I have the latest version of Contact Form 7 loaded with the latest version of
   WP. In this case, I am using CF7 for an assessment that has 15 forms to be filled
   in. Here is the test email I received…

 * As you can see, I should have received a lot more information on these tests

   Do you have a suggestion to what I am doing wrong, or can there only be one form
   on each page? FYI, the bottom form was created by JotForms and is working, but
   I would much rather use CF7.

 * FYI, the use of jotforms was added after CF7 had already not worked.

 * Okay, got it.
 * I didn’t understand how the “mail” tab need to be filled out with corresponding
   numbers.
