The reason for this is that as per their e-commerce policy, Facebook does not allow Virtual Products.
Oh! I didn’t know that. So, how come they approved my store?
I can go to the store > catalog > activate the deactivated products, and they will be shown.
Do you have any idea why?

Facebook can approve your store, but still not display your products. Those are two different restrictions.
If you choose to activate the virtual products from Facebook’s end, this comes with the risk of your shop being flagged by Facebook as they specifically prohibit digital content. In addition to the documentation linked to above, you can also refer to this: Subscriptions and Digital Products.
