    Hi there,

    Absolutely LOVE your plugin.

    I am getting this random error out of the blue tonight after manually requesting a review by pressing on the envelope button on the order page:

    “Error: only one review invitation per order is allowed. View additional information.”

    But I have never requested a review reminder from this person. I just now changed the setting to allow more than 1 review request to be sent out, but got the same error message. I did read the “additional information” but I have never requested this before from this customer. It even says when I refresh the order page: “No reminders sent” for this particular customer.

    How can I fix this, as this customer and I already spoke this evening and they are expecting this review request to come in tonight since they agreed to rate the products.

    Can you please let me know if this problem occurs only with some specific order or with all orders?

    This is the first time that it has happened, so as of now its only one order.

    Thanks for providing additional details. We’ve identified the problem and will implement a solution soon. I will update this topic when the problem is fixed.

    Oh great, glad you can fix this! Do you mean whenever you do your next update, or within couple of days? Just trying to manage these 2 customers who said they would review their products, seeing as their event has come and gone and if I wait too long, they won’t feel like leaving the review anymore! Just want to know what I should tell them.

    I noticed that one of my customers (order # 22171) is blank – it does not say “1 reminder sent” or “No reminders sent” it is just blank. Her event is this weekend, so I would like to send this out to her on Sunday but I am afraid once I click on “send review reminder now” that it will give me an error.

    Any insight into this?

    Ok, just encountered another issue – order # 21955 it is telling me “Error Code 1” but I don’t know why!

    Not sure what that means….
