# Only one form available?

 * I have an issue – under the appearance tab, I do not see a selection of forms
   to customise, I just see the one form, and no option to create another?
 * It’s not a published site, its just on a local dev machine.
 * Do you know what the issue could be?

 * The modern forms are available with Bookly PRO. 
 * If you have the Bookly free version, only the Classic Step-by-Step form is available.
