  • Hi Pipdig,

    I have embedded some forms to our web page.

    The Custom Fields I created and want to use are shown in my forms but when the submitted form arrives into my Zendesk Support only the first Custom Form Field will be reciewed.

    Example: I want to use Custom Ticket Field: “Mobile” no and “City” in my Contact Form.

    You fill in both of them but I will only reciewe the data from “Mobile”

    If I change order of the fields I will reciewe “City” and not “Mobile”

    Please help me solve this.

    Hi Felix, sorry for the slow reply!

    This seems quite strange. I’m not sure what would cause that type of error. Would you be ok to send a login for the site so I can take a look? If so, you’re welcome to email support[at]pipdig.co.uk. If you can also send a login for Zendesk this will help me to check the ticket field IDs too.

    I appreciate you may not want to send login details though. Another option would be to create another test page which includes all the custom fields. Currently I can only see a single custom field in the link you added to your post here.
