Hi, I setup the popup and I checked the option “Popup showing limitation” setting 1 to “Popup showing count” and 1 to “Popup showing expiry”. I also checked the “Apply option on each page” option.

Anyway, when I open the website I see the popup on everypage even if I’m the same user.
I tried on different devices and with different users but the result is always the same.

    What I want is:
-when I land on a page I see the popup. I click on it to close it and when I visit other posts or pages of that website I don’t want to see the popup anymore.
    At least today.

What could I do? Thank you!

  • Dear @rir112,

In this case, you should uncheck the “Apply option on each page” option as with this setting, the showing limitation you have set will refer to each page/post separately.
You will see the popup once on each page.

    Hey

If I want to show the popup only once per VISIT, not once per PAGE, what is possible?

I now have it enabled on the homepage, but logically always when the homepage is loaded the popup is visible. I only want to show the popup once per visit of the website. Is that possbile?

    Many thanks!
    Rene
