Try re-saving your permalink structure at Admin panel>>>Settings>>>Permalinks. Sometimes, that works if it is a simple db issue. WordPress will either create/rebuild the .htaccess file. If WordPress cannot automatically edit the .htaccess file( if it is not writable), then WordPress will provide manual instructions after saving the correct block of code so that you can manually add it to your .htaccess file. I have re-saved the permalink structure multiple times, but it isn’t changing anything.

    Try:
    – If you have access to your Dashboard’s Plugins page, try deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Nineteen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Tried both of these and still having the same error. I can’t update any plugins or the wordpress version either. Could this be a hosting problem?

    Only my homepage is showing

Is this a brand new install?

If not, what did you before this issue occurred?

It was not a brand new install and the last changes I made were adding a picture and some text on one page a couple of weeks ago.

*Update* I was able to get in touch with the hosting provider and they informed me that the problem was that we were out of space in the hosting plan. I just had to go in and clear up some space in the cpanel file manager and the pages were all back!
